Terms of Service

StruceFlow provides AI voice agent integration for local businesses, including plumbers, HVAC companies, real estate businesses, and similar operators that want calls answered when a human cannot pick up.

The service is $500 USD per integration per month unless different written terms are agreed by email. Charges are recurring monthly charges for the active integration.

Customers must provide accurate business information, call handling preferences, service details, and routing instructions. Customers are responsible for reviewing workflows, responding to leads, and ensuring their use of the service follows laws and regulations that apply to their business.

The AI voice agent is intended to support call answering and intake. It may misunderstand callers, miss context, experience downtime, or require updates. StruceFlow does not guarantee that every call will be answered perfectly or that every lead will convert into revenue.

StruceFlow is designed to help reduce missed lead opportunities, but business results depend on many factors outside the service. StruceFlow does not promise specific revenue, appointment, booking, closing, or lead conversion outcomes.
