Refund Policy

This policy explains how StruceFlow handles monthly billing, cancellations, and refund requests.

Monthly subscription billing

StruceFlow is billed at $500 USD per integration per month. Monthly charges cover access to and support for the active integration during the billing period.

Refund requests after billing

Refund requests are reviewed by email. Because the service is provided as an active monthly integration, charges already processed are generally not automatically refundable unless StruceFlow determines there was a billing error or another issue that reasonably supports a refund.

Cancellations

To cancel, use the contact email in the footer. Cancellation requests should be sent before the next monthly billing date when possible. StruceFlow may ask for information needed to identify the integration and process the request.

Service issues

If you believe the integration is not working as expected, contact StruceFlow by email so the issue can be reviewed. StruceFlow may attempt to correct configuration or service issues before determining whether a refund is appropriate.
